We're looking for sharp, energetic team players to join our support staff at one of Vancouver's premier steakhouses. This role spans all support positions and flexibility across Host, Busser, Food Runner, and Expo is required. Candidates who show consistency, skill, and a passion for hospitality have the opportunity to move into our Private Dining department as an Event Server, working exclusive dinners and curated experiences at $30/hr.

As a Host, you're the first and last impression of the evening. Candidates must have the ability to accurately receive and enter food and beverage orders through the given POS system and must possess knowledge of fine-dining coursing with appropriate and timely steps of service. Efficiency in cash handling and payment processing are requirements. A server with El Gaucho is responsible for 3-4 tables (as determined by management) and is lead in coordinating the needs of a section and communicating with front and back-of-the house.
