El Gaucho Tacoma Hiring Busser/Server Assistant
EL Gaucho Portland bussers/server assistants communicate and assist servers to maintain service efficiency and ensure guest satisfaction. They serve water, bread, and butter to guests and provide refills as needed. Our bussers are responsible for clearing guests' plates, utensils, and other service items from the table between courses and clears tables after guests leave. Replaces dishes and utensils for next course and cleans and resets vacated tables. Returns dirty dishes, utensils, and glassware to dish washing area or bar. May assist waitstaff in serving tables with hot beverages such as coffee or tea. Maintain clean, organized, and well stocked workstations. To provide the highest quality of service to guests in accordance with company policies and objectives, to strive towards guest satisfaction, positive employee relations, and profitability.
