Hiring Host (El Gaucho Bellevue, Tacoma and Aqua by El Gaucho)

 

Our Front Desk Hosts serve as a key figure in our guests’ overall impression of the restaurant as the first and last person the guest communicates with (in person and/or by telephone). Professionalism, efficiency and a friendly and welcoming manner are sought-after traits for this role. This position focuses on maximizing the sales volume of the restaurant by facilitating and orchestrating the intake and flow of guest reservations. Core duties include managing reservations and guest inquiries, assignment of tables and service stations to staff and collecting, inputting and updating guest data. Front Desk team members are also responsible for taking and ringing in to-go orders and handling payment. Providing the highest quality of service to guests requires a hospitality-driven skillset where anticipation of guests needs comes first.  

 Compensation: $22-$28 Hourly |DOE

Dynamic, energetic, high-performing leader sought to join our team as Event Director, overseeing all Event Sales for our beautiful Seattle Waterfront location.

Huge opportunity to lead our amazing $3 million dollar established program and help develop long-term strategies to support growth and revenue; all while having an amazing time!

This is an on-site role, without remote possibilities. We are looking for a professional that thrives on selling our incredible space while acting as a liaison between guests and our Executive Chef, GM, Captain, and service teams daily, as well as both procuring and managing events actively from beginning to end.

Total Compensation | DOE: $115,000-$120,000 (estimated)

Compensation is paid as a salary plus commission; total compensation for the successful candidate is expected to be $115,000-$120,000 per year depending on performance results.

Base salary: $79,000

Commission: .6% of Net Event F&B sales and 4% Room Rental fees | DOE

Our Dream Candidate's Qualifications Include:

Previous success managing events in hospitality/hotel field (min 4 years, 2 million annual revenue).

Experience with Triple-Seat a plus (other platforms a must).

Proven closer who gets the deal done.

In-office (no remote work offered for this position).

Strong networking abilities with active presence in market.
