El Gaucho Boise is seeking passionate line cooks who view cooking as an art and hospitality as a calling. You'll work with premium ingredients and exacting standards, creating dishes that exceed our guests' expectations every service.

You'll be part of a cohesive kitchen team, working efficiently to deliver consistently excellent food. Your skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential to our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing food to El Gaucho standards
  • Managing multiple tasks in a high-volume kitchen
  • Collaborating with FOH and BOH teams
  • Maintaining immaculate work areas
  • Following all health and safety guidelines
  • Contributing to menu development
  • Managing inventory and minimizing waste
  • Proper food storage and labeling

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years restaurant kitchen experience
  • High energy and stamina
  • Dependability and reliability
  • Strong coordination
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance
  • Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and long shifts
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Strong hospitality mindset

Compensation: $20/hour (DOE)
