You'll coordinate pantry line operations, preparing fresh, beautiful dishes while working in harmony with other kitchen stations. Your attention to detail, timing, and consistency ensure every guest's experience starts perfectly.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating pantry line for maximum efficiency
  • Preparing food according to El Gaucho standards
  • Following recipes, portions, and timing precisely
  • Maintaining sanitation and health standards
  • Coordinating with other kitchen stations
  • Using supplies responsibly
  • Contributing to guest satisfaction
  • Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year restaurant kitchen experience
  • High energy and stamina
  • Dependability and reliability
  • Excellent coordination
  • Professional appearance
  • Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays
  • Must be 18 years or older

Compensation: $19/hour
