Server
At El Gaucho Boise we're seeking experienced servers who excel in fine dining service. Your expertise in food, wine, and professional standards will ensure our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences. You'll manage 3-4 tables with precision, coordinating seamlessly between front and back of house. You understand fine dining coursing, proper steps of service, and how to guide guests through their dining experience. Strong salesmanship skills and product knowledge are essential.

- Experience with fine dining service standards
- Skillful salesmanship rooted in genuine hospitality
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Understanding of proper coursing and service timing
- Accurate cash handling and payment processing
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Focus on delivering exceptional service that encourages repeat visits
- Tableside service experience is a plus
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ serving experience
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Alcohol server certification
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Exceptional communication skills
Compensation: $12.00/hour during 2-week training period. After training: $3.35/hour plus tips. Our servers typically earn $40-60/hour including tips, though earnings vary based on individual sales and guest gratuities.
