Your expertise includes:
- Comprehensive knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Experience creating traditional and modern cocktails
- Fine dining beverage service experience
- Enthusiasm for selling through genuine hospitality
- POS system proficiency
- Cash handling and payment processing
- Anticipating guest needs with intuition
- Maintaining an impeccably organized bar
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years bartending experience
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Alcohol server certification
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build regular clientele
Compensation: $12.00/hour during 2-week training. After training: Starting wage $3.35/hour plus tips. Our bartenders typically earn $40-60/hour including tips, though earnings vary based on individual sales and guest gratuities.
