What you’ll be doing:
The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide quality delivery of the Medical Administrative Specialist program curriculum. You will utilize a variety of instruction strategies, techniques, and delivery methods to meet the individual learning styles of the students, in a safe and civil learning environment. Instructors are responsible for teaching assigned courses in accordance with course competencies, taking daily attendance, and as required, grading class tests, assignments, and exams. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Medical Office Administration/Procedures
- 2 - 5 years experience (2 years with relevant diploma, 5 without) working as a Medical Office Assistant / Medical Secretary in the Canadian healthcare environment.
- Experience with medical transcription, terminology and medical software is required.
- Training or teaching experience an asset
- Excellent communication skills

Base Salary: $25.00
