The Opportunity:
The primary responsibility of this position is to recruit, qualify. and enroll new students into our college programs. What you’ll be doing:
The primary responsibility of this position is to recruit, qualify and enroll new students into our college programs. The Admissions Representative (Education Consultant) will drive the entire admissions process at the campus level in Moncton.

What you bring to the position:
- Minimum Grade 12 (OSSD or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a related sales occupation or at least two (2) years of experience in a non-related sales occupation.
- 1-2 years demonstrated experience and proven success in customer service, presentations and public speaking skills is required.
- Prior experience in a sales position in the Private Career College industry would be preferred.
- Formal training in MS Office (especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills are essential.

Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide quality delivery of assigned courses within the IT Program and will show a strong commitment to utilization of a variety of instruction strategies, techniques and delivery methods to meet the learning styles of the students. Initial delivery of this program will be through online remote delivery, however may move to in-person/in-campus delivery at a point in the future.

What you bring to the position:

- Windows Server installation, configuration and administration

Primary purpose:
The Manager of International Recruitment’s major purpose is to meet and exceed International Student Recruitment targets.
This position is responsible to build, implement, and measure strategic recruitment strategies that attract a diverse international student base to Eastern College. The successful candidate is also responsible for establishing and ensuring mutually beneficial relationships exist with commission-based international agents and international institutional partners.
The Manager of International Recruitment will design, develop, and achieve an integrated enrollment strategy that admits and retains students; optimizing the use of financial aid resources and coordinate the enrollment-related efforts of the campuses. The role will train and advise campus Education Consultants (ECs) to successfully drive the international admissions process at the campus level.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide strategic and inspirational leadership, as well as oversight and direction to international student recruitment and student services employees.
- Oversee international student recruitment and maintain transparent communication. This includes appropriately communicating organization information through team meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate digital messaging, and regular interpersonal communication.
- Support New Brunswick and Nova Scotia campuses with the administration and management of their international student population.
- Develop and implement student recruitment strategies for international markets.
- Investigate, identify, and develop specific and targeted recruitment strategies for each major country (India, Mexico, Brazil, South Korea, China and Caribbean countries, for example).
- Lead the design of international student recruitment efforts and partnership strategies, including all educational fairs, international display events, government education fairs and agency tours to all countries specified within the enrolment strategy.
- Support Education Consultant and Agent questions on international student admissions requirements and ensure that all admissions requirements are met and verified, including language proficiency requirements.
- Ensure all admissions requirements and financial commitments are completed and approved prior to start dates.
- Review and approve Provincial Attestation Letter issuance in conjunction with Regulatory Officer.
- Be primary contact to support International Agents through training, Q&A and policy creation.
- Ensure consistent communication and messaging among the Educational Consultants and international agent partners.
- Follow-up and respond to international student inquiries relating to admissions requirements, study permits, and be an expert on the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program and post graduate working opportunities for international students.
- Strategically deploy Eastern College international student recruitment resources locally, nationally, and internationally, including travelling and participating in relevant meetings and events, as approved in an annual travel/marketing plan.
- Establish and maintain agent screening and maintenance processes to mitigate reputational risk, while also providing agent support and services that reflect industry best practices and facilitate the productivity of the partnerships.
- Develop new on-shore and off-shore agents aligned with Eastern College’s recruitment strategies.
- In partnership with Marketing, develop content, resources and provide agents with all the necessary marketing materials to help promote the programs (i.e., brochures, display units, PDF files, agent certificates).
- Facilitate agent seminars and training electronically and in assigned source countries when required.
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to develop a dynamic agent portal streamlining ongoing agent training, student application tracking, and agency fee payment.
- Provide monthly enrollment reporting and projections to the Regional Director of Admissions.

What you bring to the position:
- Post-Secondary degree in sales or business required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with demonstrated success in international admissions/recruitment, sales/marketing, or business development.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with International Agents.
- Must have knowledge on IRCC policies and regulations.
- Familiarity with issues and trends in student recruitment, marketing, and cross-cultural communications.
- Excellent knowledge of policies and regulations related to student recruitment, transition, development, academic programming, and services at an institutional level.
- Excellent written and spoken command of the English language.
- Experience creating and delivering high level presentations.
- Ability to travel internationally and in Canada is required. Extensive travel required.
- A valid passport is required.
- Must own a reliable vehicle, have a driver’s license and a credit card.
