El Gaucho Boise is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team!
Position Details
- Pay Rate: $20-25/hour (based on experience)
- Hours: 30 hours per week (approximate)
- Schedule: Closed Sundays and Mondays (except special events)
- Hours of Operation 4pm (Dinner) *Note - Janitorial cleaning will start after completion of dinner service

About the Role
As a Janitor at El Gaucho Boise, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the pristine environment our guests expect. You'll be responsible for ensuring all areas of our restaurant are clean, sanitized, and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, kitchen, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Ensure proper sanitation standards are met throughout the restaurant
- Restock supplies and maintain cleaning equipment
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management
- Support the team in maintaining El Gaucho's exceptional standards
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
