Office Administration/Bookkeeping

Responsibilities

  • Help maintain financial records through Simply Accounting
  • Handling day to day business transactions
  • Answering phone and e-mail enquiries
  • Perform various administrative tasks within the group of related companies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate input of data
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principals

Preferred Qualifications

  • A good sense of humour  
  • No professional experience required.

Starting salary will depend on qualifications
