As Director of Marketing, you will:
• Lead the strategic launch of GetBettr.ai, taking it from "awesome idea" to "industry sensation."
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that will leave competitors wondering, "Why didn’t we think of that?"
• Build and inspire an in-house team of creative marketers who thrive on innovation (and perhaps caffeine).
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and the big boss to create narratives that resonate deeply with our audience.
• Use digital marketing, storytelling, content creation, and a little magic to position Liberated Networks as a leader in AI-driven insights.
You are the right fit if you:
• Have successfully launched products (preferably SaaS or tech), and can prove you've changed a company’s trajectory before (bragging rights encouraged).
• Bring at least 7 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a leadership role, with a strong digital and brand-building focus.
• Understand how to translate tech jargon into compelling stories that resonate.

Responsibilities
- Participating in all aspects of software development – from concept and implementation to testing and maintenance
- Work closely with all team members to drive product features to market
- Assist in the resolution of customer support issues on our developed software
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience / training
- Previous development experience in Java, C#, or PHP
- Knowledge of web services, database systems
Preferred Qualifications

Position Overview:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a key part of the Liberated Networks team, leading our strong drive for revenues and growth. The BDR generates sales by using a variety of marketing strategies, including presentations, face-to-face canvassing, direct mail, and more.
You will proactively learn about customer objectives and challenges, while developing a deep understanding of their business to spot new opportunities. With gathered insights, you'll create new conversations showing current and potential customers how Liberated Networks' diverse suite of solutions including: GetBettr.ai, custom software development, AI consulting and Telarite telecommunications services—can enhance their operations and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Liberated Networks’ offerings.
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives and IT leaders.
- Conduct presentations, face to face canvassing, while engaging early in the buying process and discover prospect needs.
- Create an exceptional first impression with prospects and customers by providing a world-class experience.
- Continuously build product knowledge, ensuring high literacy on Liberated Networks solutions and new functionalities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that best fit client needs.
- Provide ongoing support and foster positive, lasting relationships with our clients.

Salary:
The Business Development Representative position is structured with a base salary with no UPPER LIMIT on earning potential. Monthly car allowance on top of salary.
