Hours: Monday-Friday, 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Primary purpose:

The Administrative Assistant is a critical position at triOS College, International Partnership. As the indisputable manager of first impressions, the demands placed on this position require that the employee be very friendly, confident, and organized. One of the major purposes of this position is to provide a point of contact for all persons who visit or contact triOS College ensuring that everyone feels good about their first impression. A great first impression is the cornerstone to a successful campus.

The Administrative Assistant will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication and readiness, embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and direct incoming telephone calls. 
  • Greet all visitors to the campus. 
  • Carry out campus closing procedures.  
  • Manage and maintain common areas (kitchen, lobby, meeting rooms, etc.). 
  • Provide support to Campus Director, Education Manager, Employment Specialist and International Student Services Coordinator.
  • Provide administrative support to support daily campus operations. 
  • Manage and maintain stationary levels and consumables. 
  • Make calls to absent students on a daily basis as per the attendance policies and procedures. 
  • Maintains certificate board. 
  • Collect weekly attendance from interns and track in XCAS. 
  • Responsible for assisting with newsletters, digital signage, events.

What you bring to the position:

  • Minimum college diploma from a business-related program. 
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a related occupation. 
  • 1-2 years of proven success in customer service is required. 
  • Proficient in using office software and communication tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, email, and phone systems.
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a warm, caring, and friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for students and visitors.

Base Salary: $35,776.00
