The Opportunity:

The major purpose of this position is to provide a point of contact for all students and manage program administration. The Program Administrator (PA) also supports day-to-day operations of the Campus by assisting the Campus Director (CD) to ensure that all administrative activities are current and up to date.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare program reports and documentation.
  • Enter manager ok in XCAS after student grades have been approved by Campus Director. Notify Campus Director and Financial Aid Officer (FAO) of students who have multiple failing grades. Run Missing Marks reports twice per week with follow-up by Campus Director.
  • Prepare and mail diploma and transcripts following the established process.
  • Generate email accounts for new students.
  • Provide support to students.
  • Provide support to Campus Director.
  • Monitor weekly attendance reports; update records on XCAS.
  • Monitor weekly failed grades reports; create and issue Student Success Plans; update records on XCAS.
  • Set up student orientation.
  • Manage memberships for diploma programs ensuring proper paperwork is submitted.
  • Plan and organize graduation.
  • Provide support to Campus Director, Education Consultants, Employment Specialists and Financial Aid Officers.
  • Provide administrative support to support daily campus operations.
  • Undertake special projects.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum college diploma from a business-related program and a minimum of one (1) year experience in a related occupation.
  • 1-2 years of proven success in customer service and administration is required.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Base Salary: $38,000.00
