At Unleashed, we're seeking a warm and friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued clients and their furry friends. In this role, you'll be responsible for greeting customers with a smile, answering questions about our services, and helping to ensure every pet and pet parent has a fantastic experience with us.

What You'll Do:

• Say Hello! Cheerfully greet pets and their humans when they arrive at our resort.
• Client Communication: Answer phone calls and emails with a positive attitude, providing helpful information about our boarding, grooming, and daycare services; Provide basic information about pet care and resort policies to clients, always keeping a customer-focused approach.
• Scheduling: Schedule appointments and manage reservations to keep our resort running smoothly.
• Daily Front Desk Operations: Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring pets have everything they need for a comfortable stay; Check dogs into daycare, boarding, and grooming
• Maintaining Documents: Contact veterinarians to get vaccine or other needed information regarding pets in our care; Work with our kennel software to book appointments, make notes on client and pet profiles, and obtain relevant information as needed.
• Communicating with Back-of-House Staff: Communicate with grooming and kennel staff regarding dogs as they check in and their needs
• Running Dogs: Escort our furry friends to play areas/kennels/etc.
• Organization and Office Maintenance: Responsible for the overall cleanliness/appearance of our front office; Vacuum/sweep and mop daily or as needed, clean windows, wipe down counters; keep desk, papers, etc. clean and organized
• Represent Your Village: Always be thoughtful of the appearance of the office and yourself through the eyes of our clients.

• Physical Stamina: Able to handle/transport dogs of all sizes by leash, and to keep upright and busy throughout a hectic shift

Base Salary: $14.00

Unleashed is seeking dog lovers with a passion for providing top notch care, and a desire to grow with a company of like-minded individuals! Starting pay range is $13 per hour with raises based on performance. Ideal candidate will be a kind, conscientious, and detail-oriented caregiver with a flexible schedule! Duties include: 

• Playgroup Supervision: Overseeing a playgroup of dogs and managing their behavior and playtime.
• Canine Knowledge: You’ll learn animal behavior in order to provide a safe environment, including studying canine body language and learning how to make dogs comfortable in a kennel and playgroup environment.  
• Cleaning: Managing the cleanliness of our kennels and play areas and maintaining the highest possible cleaning standards. Cleaning toys, washing dishes, mopping floors, vacuuming hair, and taking care of unpleasant doggy messes are critical aspects of the job! 
• Daily Care: Feeding pets according to parents’ instructions; making sure all dogs have fresh water, clean bedding, and a comfortable space to stay overnight. May also include administering medication according to veterinary instructions.
• Problem Solving: Use common sense to solve problems as it relates to dogs in our care. 
• Be Proactive: Work with initiative to take on an array of tasks in our center. 
• Work Together: Communicating effectively with other team members—working at a doggie daycare is fun, but only if everyone is on the same page! 
• Guest Service: Must have basic customer service skills and be ready to talk with pet parents about their family members!
• Safety First: Able to follow established safety protocols to the letter to ensure a safe and fun environment for our guests—and ourselves!
• Must love dogs: We have a lot of them!

• Physical Stamina: An ability to stand/work upright for multiple hours at a time, in all weather types; able to lift at least 50 lbs and remain active throughout your shift. This is a physically demanding job!

Are you ready to join our team and make tails wag? Are you an animal lover with a knack for making pets look and feel their best? Unleashed in John's Creek is seeking an experienced groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of prior experience fully grooming dogs, have knowledge of and experience with a range of coat types and cuts, and have a passion for building relationships with grooming clients and their pets. Pay is 50% commission, plus tips. We strive to provide a safe, fun, and rewarding work environment with a focus on pampering pets and ensuring smiles all around! Duties include: Client Communication: Performing consultations with pet parents regarding grooming services, advising them on the best services we can offer based on their dog's condition and coat type, as well as meeting owners' grooming expectations; Communicating clearly with clients throughout the grooming process, including before and after, as well as during appointments as needed. Grooming Services: Bathing, brushing, combing, trimming, de-matting, de-shedding, drying, scissoring, clipping and filing nails, cleaning ears, and deodorizing services performed on dogs of all shapes and sizes; Removing fleas and ticks as necessary; Styling and haircuts according to industry standards and pet owner's directions. Compassionate Care: Paying special attention to the needs of the individual dog, including puppies, elderly, or disabled dogs; Providing a calm and caring environment that eases pet anxieties as much as possible. Looking Out for Pets: Identifying possible health concerns regarding skin, ear, and oral hygiene. Be comfortable communicating those concerns to pet owners so they can seek veterinary care. Supply Management: Keeping track of grooming supplies and informing the center's General Manager of any needs. Scheduling: Ability to manage your own schedule; making and tracking appointments using kennel software. Safety First: Protecting pets, pet owners, and self by adhering to safety policies and procedures and using proper PPE. Guest Service: Listening to and resolving client concerns should they arise; providing information and follow-ups or touch-ups as needed within reason. Keeping Notes: Maintain pet records by documenting services and updating information, including vaccine requirements. What we're looking for: Proven Experience: At least 1 year of prior professional experience in a grooming role, fully grooming dogs (including haircuts). Team Player: Works well with others to make sure all duties are completed, and our guests are in unparalleled care.
