Electrical Technician

BossPac Technologies is a Canadian rail-technology company that builds low-power wireless systems to make railroads safer, especially in remote and “dark” territory where traditional hardwired systems don’t reach. Our solar-powered wayside sensors detect broken rails and hot bearings around the clock and send live alerts to railroad crews through our BRIM cloud platform. We are looking for an Electrical Technician where you will be a critical part of our team. Here is how you will contribute:

• Build, wire, configure systems.
•  Test equipment and systems
• Assist in inspecting, testing and adjusting electronic components
• Collect and compile operational or experimental data
• Repair and assemble systems
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for equipment and maintenance activities.

Must have:

• Technician Diploma
• A valid drivers license
• This is a hands-on, in the lab that requires some travel to our US facility.
