Hours: Day Shift: 8 am to 5 pm
Wage: $ 21 - $ 30/hr

The successful candidates would be self-motivated, possess strong learning agility and a passion to pursue a meat cutter career. The candidate will effectively maintain consistent standards, quality product.

What You’ll Do
- Debone, trim, and prepare meat cuts with accuracy
- Keep quality high and production moving
- Follow food safety rules and maintain a clean workspace
- Jump in to support other departments when needed
What You Bring
- Comfortable working with raw beef, pork, and chicken
- Able to stand, focus, and repeat tasks with consistency
- Thrive under pressure and tight timelines
The Work Environment
- Cold/refrigerated production floor
- Fast-paced, physically demanding work
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Repetitive hand use: grasping, pushing, pulling, fine manipulation
Key Responsibilities
- Debones standard cuts of meat
- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Ensures product quality
- Maintains a clean environment and follows all food safety rules and regulations
- All other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
- Must be able to attend our 5 day basic training course in person
- Must be able to wear hairnets, beard covers and other mandatory PPE
- Previous knife experience is an asset
- Comfortable working with raw meat products (beef, pork, chicken)
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive work for extended periods of time
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable with assisting other departments as necessary

- Meat packaging and food manufacturing plant and retail
- Physically demanding and fast-paced work environment
- Refrigerated (cold) environment
- Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation
